By providing us with a mailing disc, our program will input the information, store it for future use, scan for duplicate names as well as check the addresses to determine if they are still valid (if changes occurred we will automatically correct it).
There are several other options available to you as a customer. For example, should you desire we could personalize your envelopes by creating a special message.
